The firm experience in the area of Aviation Law is based on the experience of its staff in the field and from years of attending and conducting Aviation related trainings and conferences. Our expertise in aviation related matters includes:

• Monitoring of compliance in business matters and documentation including performance guarantees, advance payment guarantees and bid bonds;
• Assisting and advising key sector players (airlines, ground handlers, government agencies, sector regulator (KCAA), clearing agencies among others) in dealing with aerodrome development issues;
• Negotiating Bilateral Air Service Agreements (BASA) negotiations, with the firm Chairman having participated in ICAO Air Service Negotiations as part of the Kenyan delegation;
• Given our expertise in aviation law, we also take part in the planning and delivery of the Annual Civil Aviation Conference which is hosted by Outlook Solutions and attended my most industry stakeholders such as the KCAA (the regulator), KAA, Kenya Airways and international aviation players such as ICAO, IATA amongst others.
