Overview
The firm undertakes training and advisory work in its niche practice areas, based on the vast experience of its Partners in legal research and advisory, rendering of legal opinions and in developing training schedules, materials and in delivering trainings.
The expertise, activities and opportunities for the firm in Training and Advisory include:
- Providing training in the firm’s areas of specialization e.g. Procurement Law.
- Developing tailor made training schedules and training materials to match the specific needs of each training group;
- Mentoring and coaching practitioners who are interested in developing expertise in any of the firm’s niche areas.
- Facilitating and partnering with other organisations to host conferences, workshops and trainings in the firm’s areas of expertise.
- Legal research and rendering of legal opinions, including giving feedback on policy documents and legislation in these areas of expertise.
- As the firm grows, we intend to offer free or subsidized training sessions to government entities especially in the area of Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Law as a way of giving back to the society.
- Writing articles and blogging for purposes of contributing to legal jurisprudence in our niche areas and for dissemination of information.
